A$AP Rocky 在瑞典衝突案中被判有罪

美國饒舌歌手 A$AP Rocky 因於六月底、七月初時，在瑞典斯德哥爾摩捲入衝突事件，隨後被瑞典當局逮捕並被關於監獄長達一個月時間。期間美國總統 Donald Trump 亦出面發聲與瑞典政府協調。而不久前瑞典政府才宣佈 A$AP Rocky 及另外兩名被告可以在 8 月 14 日最終審判到來前離開瑞典，因而被釋放。隨後 A$AP Rocky 終於露面並出席 KAnye West 的 Sunday Service，也於 8 月 11 日參加了 Real Street 音樂節演出。

然而今回，瑞典法院聲明 A$AP Rocky 不需要回到歐洲進行審判，當局已作出了衝突事件的審判結果，而 A$AP Rocky 及另外兩名隨行人員 Bladimir Corniel、David Rispers 被判「有罪」，並被要求向受害者（原告）支付約 $1,302 美元的罰金。法院在一份聲明中提到：「本次衝突案件的性質並不算嚴重，因此，被告被判緩刑兩年。」意味著只要 A$AP Rocky 和其他兩名隨行人員在兩年緩刑期內不再犯法，就可免除牢獄之災。

雖然 Rocky 等人一直向法院聲明他們是因為受到原告們的騷擾與跟蹤而自衛，並不是故意發生衝突，其中甚至被對方丟瓶子；然而檢察官因無法證明原告丟擲瓶子一事，且說 Rocky 一行人對原告拳打腳踢，甚至將他們摔倒在地，因此最後作出有罪判決。
