Champion 正控告這個街頭品牌侵犯其經典「C 字」Logo 版權

著名運動服品牌 Champion 母公司 Hanesbrands 目前正在提起一則訴訟，指出 Maxima Apparel Corp 公司旗下的一個街頭品牌 Hudson Outerwear 一個設計侵犯了其經典「C 字」Logo 的版權。Hanesbrands 對 Hudson Outerwear 多個月前所推出的一件以犯人照片作主題的 T-Shirt 上的「Gangster」、「Chaps」字款侵犯了其「C 字」Logo 的設計，Champion 方面控訴這個設計明顯侵犯了品牌的設計及影響了其名聲：

Parasitic business model that trades off of the goodwill and prestige of famous brands, like the Champion brand, by distributing and selling apparel that blatantly infringes the trademarks that symbolize those brands to consumers.

其實多年來亦不乏向 Champion Logo「致敬」的品牌，但這次 Champion 終於站起來說不，或許是因為把 Champion 描繪成流氓（Gangster）觸及了品牌的底線。
