Fashion photographer Nick Knight is a legend in his own right – in 2000 the esteemed multi-disciplinary creative extended his craft to documentary photography and web publishing, founding and directing the fashion film website SHOWstudio. This year has been a particularly monumental one for the icon, as the Daelim Museum in Seoul, South Korea presented “Nick Knight: Image,” Knight’s first solo exhibition. The exhibition featured over 100 works and installations, highlighting Knight’s constant reinvention of the process of image-making. On top of the constant stream of content Knight released on SHOWstudio this year the visual artist also shot the album visuals for Travis Scott’s long-awaited album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight. In the coming year expect more projects in various creative realms from Knight that will surely push the limits of visual expression.
