HUMAN MADE's first-ever pop-up in Asia to land in Hong Kong, in collaboration with HBX

Lifestyle brand, HUMAN MADE, has exclusively teamed up with HBX to land its first-ever pop-up store in Asia at BELOWGROUND, Landmark, Hong Kong from May 13 to end of October. The approximate 2,000 square feet space will pay tribute to the fun loving city by releasing a Hong Kong inspired limited edition t-shirt at the opening period. The space will also highlight the HUMAN MADE SEASON 23 (Spring/Summer 2022) collection and be refreshed with new items throughout the season. The HUMAN MADE SEASON 23 collection and the limited edition t-shirt will be available at the pop-up in Hong Kong starting May 13.

The grand opening day of the HUMAN MADE pop-up will be celebrated with the drop of a specially-curated box tee depicted with Hong Kong’s iconic double-deck tram, Ding Ding. Inspired by NIGO’s tram memories in Hong Kong, the illustration of a Ding Ding represents a recollection to the joyful encounters and unique moments this transportation has brought to the city for over a century.

The pop-up space will debut with HUMAN MADE’s SEASON 23 collection, marking the brand’s twenty-third season to date with deep references to vintage, Americana and military elements. The collection expresses a mix of bold and timeless colors accented by HUMAN MADE’s signature phrases of “Gears for futuristic teenagers,” “DRY ALLS”, and is illustrated animal motifs such as ducks, tigers and dogs. Covering a variety of genres of style, the collection features classic jackets, hoodies, chinos, sweaters, accessories and lifestyle items.

“Hong Kong has become one of my favorite cities ever since my first visit back in 1995. I hope fans in Hong Kong will be inspired by the creativity of HUMAN MADE and experience a taste of Tokyo in this special pop- up in collaboration with HBX,” says NIGO, Founder and Designer of HUMAN MADE.
