I'm just starting to work out, because I'm 15. How many times should I take whey protein a day? Is it safe for teens to use casein/ should I pick some up?
My 24hr fitness is having a sale on muscle milk protein powder. A jug of 2.47 lbs for 20 bucks. Good deal? Is muscle milk good shit? 300 calories per serving though. Seems pretty high to me
Yeah I was looking to buy either EAS whey protein or ON whey protein, makes no difference right? Just the cost?
Is it better to chop a multivitamin in 2 and take it at seperate times throughout the day???
Weighed in this morning and im 174.8lbs. I weighed myself on June 12th and I was 193lbs. Since June 17th I've been eating Paleo style, doing Crossfit and a little bit of running and swimming. No supps, not nothing. It's really not that hard yall, and Im not even trying to lose weight.
You lost 20 lbs in 2 and a half weeks? I doubt it.
I needed some casein protein for night time cause I hate cottage cheese.
I don't want to lose muscle while i sleep lol
