I have a t-shirt store http://www.unifiedmanufacturing.com/products-page/product-category/t-shirts/.  Most clients- from businessmen to bands- buy Gildan. It can make any print look good plus it looks as good as new even after a hundred washes. And of course, it's cheaper than most good-quality apparel.Good luck!

I am starting my own t-shirt line and have stumbled upon this site a few days ago www.personalized-tee-shirts.com
The pricing and service seem to be great. To be honest, I'd like to know if there are any others also.

Among all the detecting activities, gold metal detecting is the most interesting one. It can not only relax both your body and mind , but also give you a big fortune if you are lucky enough.Next time if you feel bored, you can pick up a gold metal detector and have a try.

Jun 03, 2013 @ 00:34
Alstyle 1701R would be a great choice. It's got a loose fit and baggy look, 5.5oz tee and the tags are removable.

I don't know what tshirts Stussy print on, but they're the comfiest tops I've ever worn.

Alstyle is pretty much industry standard. For the thick, almost boxy, skate fit.
Jun 02, 2014 @ 18:16
The garment you choose largely depends on the niche your are selling to. For standard street wear most people like Alstyle apparel (AAA) This garment is a 6.0 oz garment. The best feature of this shirt is the slimmer cut compared to similar styles from Gildan and hanes.
Another Popular Choice is from Next Level Apparel. They offer Garments That Are similar in quality to American apparel at literally half the price. The best selling garment from them is the 3600 combed ring-spun cotton tee.

Both of these garment offer tear away tags, making relabeling easier.

how are these tees made???

These are done with dye sublimation. It can only be done on 100% polyester tee's. They are pricey even if you have 500 of them made.

I use Alstyle 1901 for my shirts. It would be best to sample out different ones to see which gives you the feel you're going for

American Apparel's AA or Alstyle's AAA are recommended blanks.

I've used AAA and they're a decent quality, beefy shirt that's relatively inexpensive.

Jun 07, 2014 @ 02:30
Pretty sure Alstyle 1301's are the ones most streetwear companies use.
Jun 07, 2014 @ 05:08
AA is nice, I second above. Nice for tall and slim. I'm like 6'3, 180 with manboobs so tbh I don't fw that super soft shift. I do have some AA shirts made by a friend's brand and they do hold up well as far as sizing and print.
Jun 07, 2014 @ 05:10
Also, it does say AA on the inside, so you might have to fork out a bit more to get that removed. Personally, I think that super soft shirts like that almost are a sign of a shitty brand. All these high professional brands have that cotton mix that we all know. I'd buy one of those over a supersoft one any day, just because of their sturdy feel imo

Why would you use a third party blank for a clothing line? That isn't custom at all and EVERYONE does it. There is brands and services that offer cut & sew/finished garments. One Diddy owns and another is Kanati Co.'s Made-on-Demand cut & sew program they do with Dr.Dre's son. I think they only charge 1K a year. I am not sure what the one Diddy owns charges but I know they take a percentage of sales whereas I don't think Kanati Co. does. They both even handle your shipping for you.

Print shops are a thing of the past and retail isn't going to be to inclined to take a Gildan or third party blank as a custom product. Save your cash and only use made from scratch tshirts.
