I'm going to MTL on the 15th. What's the best street/area that sells street wear stuff?
May 04, 2012 @ 20:05
there's alibi boutique on st denis, offthehook on st catherine. there's tateandyoko a relatively new store that sells japanese brands on st laurent. There's city styles also down on st catherine.

Jul 06, 2012 @ 02:44

Jul 14, 2012 @ 04:16
@rileycola Nothing around that area, your best bet is to take the 747 bus line to downtown

I was in Montreal on the weekend and passed by a store called Orlando's Styles. Really rad store at 1453 Lambert-Closse. They carry Supreme, Pyrex, Homies and a bunch of other dope shit. Their doin a renovation and gettin the VC graff crew to paint the store. I highly recommend checking it out after the renovation.

First time posting so why not on the MTL thread. Just to update: GDFT and Underworld are gone, and stylexchange is going under liquidation and are clearing their inventory (huge sale, most of it gone by now). ICarter, it's definitely worth a visit. Winters are harsh though! As for food, nightlife, and attractions... we got loads of that. If you're looking to shop, be aware of Canadian retail prices and taxes. Other than the prices we got some dope shops out here, I'm just going to name a couple of the must visits to me anyways (if you want smaller shops just lmk): Off The Hook http://othshop.ca/ http://offthehook.ca/ One of the best for sneakers, gear, and even books and mags. They receive a lot of exclusives in terms of sneakers like the Sneaker Freaker collabs, NB collabs, Puma, Asics, etc... Exclucity http://exclucitylife.com/ Another staple holding it down for Montreal, sneakers and gear. Nike, Jordan, Staple, UDFT, BBC, etc... Ssense http://ssense.com/ Shop that carries a lot of high end brands. Saint Laurent, Givenchy, MMM, Kenzo, CDG, etc...edit: I'm a newb, how do people format their text orderly in columns like the first post? I simply used enter to start a new line but it just keeps bundling up.

Nice list up there! This city needs an active thread; the user who created this one is inactive. I'm just going to throw in a few more shops:Camion de Pompier: Art Toy shop, fun fact: owner actually had and sold his 4 foot Kaws Companion which might be one of very few in Canada, let alone in Montreal. http://camiondepompier.bigcartel.com/ Maison Montures: Eyewear shop. http://lesmontures.com/ Inheritance Shop: Lifestyle shop, clothing, prints, home essentials, etc... http://www.inheritanceshop.com/ Boutique Tozzi: Menswear boutique, now has two floors which consists of casual menswear downstairs and a more tailored style menswear upstairs. http://www.boutiquetozzi.com/ Boutique Duo: Much like Tozzi, menswear, fragrances, footwear, eyewear. http://www.boutiqueduo.com/ Bombing Science: Graffiti shop, graffiti culture, streetwear, footwear. http://www.bombingscience.com/graffiti-shop.htmCampanelli Shop: Cafe/Sandwicherie turned shop, for gear, accessories. https://www.facebook.com/CampanelliShopEDIT: Sorry for the layout... my shit is not cooperating with me...

I would add 363 Beaubien to the list. It opened about three months ago. Carries mostly local brands. Rep your city.

Has anyone ever saw some nike blazers here? Seems like they are only available in the US.
Aug 22, 2014 @ 17:23
SubV has a limited but decent selection of gear.  http://subv.net/

Keep this thread alive!  Anyone know of some decent shops in the St. Henri and NDG area?  I know Campanelli.. any other good ones out there?

And if anyone knows shops in MTL that actually has good prices please post!!  OTH is ridiculously expensive and all other high end street wear shops just copy their pricing model.  It's pretty shit if you compare our shops to NYC or other places in the states.   We're getting ripped off!  No lie.

I'd drape myself in velvet if it were socially acceptable...

Rooney's is actually pretty dope. More menswear than street wear but the owner is super chill.
