The next page and previous page positions are perfect in my opinion. Others would say that they're too far from the content, and would have new users searching for it, but I think it's fine.
Though on the homepage I would drop the #section_home tag off the button cause it doesn't conform to the other pages.
The commenting position is a little odd. Though I do feel like commenting is extremely important for the end-user, I feel like its positioning on every page is odd.
Something you might want to look into is using a "jump" so instead of having the entire page load the entire post, users need to click the title of the post in order to read the rest of the content. What is shown on the page is just a small excerpt of the real article. www.engadget.com does this really well.
