Jordan Brand has delivered its latest signature shoe, the Air Jordan XXXIV. Crafted with the intent bringing the best in lightweight performance to the court, Nike’s latest Jordan Brand sneaker is one of the lightest basketball shoes ever created — a size 9 weighs in at just 13.1 ounces.
Outside of the shoe’s lightness, other details of the new model will include the number 23 in Morse code, located on the vamp of the shoe, as well as each color way featuring unique and discoverable marks — such as heel counter branding being different on each colorway. Rounding the package off is a “J4 — 34, 2.89-2019” featured on the outsole to represent the 30th anniversary from the Air Jordan IV to the latest model.
The first colorway to release will be the shoe Williamson wore during the reveal — the Air Jordan 34 “Blue Void,” which features a vibrant interplay of green, purple, teal, and more. The shoe is expected to douse the feet of Jordan Brand athletes as well as partner high school and collegiate teams, officially landing via Nike’s webstore on September 25 for $180 USD.
