The adidas Ozweego “FTWR White/Solar Green” takes design cues from the late ’90s to early ’00s as retro-influenced elements like its chunky adiPrene midsole and multilayered upper give the sneaker its distinctive character. A recurring motif seen in the aforementioned sneaker also gets added to this footwear piece, except more subtle this time — lightly tinted plastic pipes get tucked under the lace cage and heel. Three lime-colored stripes appear over blue and beige ripstop at the sidewalls. Premium suede and TPU overlays are also added to the breathable upper. Lastly, its Adiprene sole displays a slightly raised outsole at the heel that’s emboldened in an orange palette, adding warm accents to the shock absorbing technology.
The adidas Originals LXCON “Solar Green/Cream White” and Ozweego “FTWR White/Solar Green” will be available on May 18 at 4 a.m. EST at Adidas’ website for $100 USD.
