Palace Winter 2020 Jackets
Featuring a layered GORE-TEX parka and “GTX3 Motor Oil” jacket.
Palace has just released a full look at all the jackets that are part of its upcoming Winter 2020 drop. This comes just after unveiling its accompanying seasonal lookbook, shot by photographer Letty Schmiterlow, with Palace Skate team members Lucien Clarke, Kyle Wilson, Charlie Birch, Heitor Da Silva and Dino Da Silva modeling the label’s new offerings.
For Winter, the label has elected to double-up on cold weather garbs balancing both form and functionality. The main outerwear piece is a military-inspired GORE-TEX two-pocket parka (green, black, or white) that can be combined with an insulated puffy Windstopper layer (green, blue, or orange). Both theses fishtail jackets work as a system to keep the wearer warm and dry while details like co-branded taped seams and contrasting Tri-Ferg logos keep the offerings playful.
For something more packable and lightweight, a series of Pertex jackets are also being released in the colors black, navy, and copper-orange. These jackets see hood embroidery, a large Tri-Ferg logo at the back and contrasting white piping on their metallic exterior. If workwear is more your thing, there’s also a wool-lined denim hoody, quilted bomber, sherpa fleece flannel jacket, and a garage-inspired “GTX3 Motor Oil” jacket.
Palace’s Winter 2020 drop is set for both in-store and online releases starting October 2, 11 a.m. EDT via the brand’s official webstore, in Japan on October 3, 11 a.m. JST on the Palace Japan webstore, and in China on October 3, 11 a.m. CST on the official “Palace_Skateboards” WeChat store.
