Tommy Hilfiger Launches Nostalgic Tommy Jeans Sport Tech Denim Capsule
Bringing back looks from the ’90s.
After partnering with Procell for a selection of vintage pieces, Tommy Hilfiger is returning with another collection rooted in nostalgia. The 15-piece, unisex Tommy Jeans Sport Tech Denim capsule reinterprets pieces from Hilfiger’s archive with modern updates.
When the pieces were first debuted in the ’90s, Hilfiger combined tech fabric sportswear with street style denim to create bold and colorful pieces that revolutionized activewear. For the new release, Hilfiger integrates an urban aesthetic with sporty details; pieces feature reflective detailing in a navy, purple and aqua blue color palette. Highlights of the collection include the brand’s iconic flag jacket, revived with a shell exterior and modern nylon detailing, along with a polar fleece informed by a geometric pattern utilizing Hilfiger’s signature flag logo.
Fore more mix-and-match styles, a multi-logo, graphic hoodie can be paired with matching sweatpants, while a striped T-shirt brings the collection’s color palette together in one piece. The capsule also features streetwear-inspired accessories, including fanny packs and beanies, that sport revamped flag logo prints that draw from Hilfiger’s color archive.
