Ronnie Fieg Teases Upcoming ASICS GEL-Lyte III Collab
Doused in a rich purple pastel.
Ronnie Fieg has taken to Instagram to reveal a new collaboration with ASICS, shortly after releasing the Coca-Cola x Converse Chuck 70s. This time around, the KITH founder decided to work on the GEL-Lyte III silhouette, giving the sneaker a soft purple makeover.
The sneaker is doused in a muted shade of pastel purple and appears to be tonal all around. Though the shoe seems to only include one color, its mix of different fabrics adds nice contrasts, creating a visually rich, well-textured look. Premium suede textiles show up along the eyelet panels, sidewalls and toe cap, juxtaposed with its brushed-cotton toebox, tongue and upper collars. As a finishing note, flat purple laces and a branded insole round up the details of the footwear piece.
