Young Dolph & Key Glock Announce 'Dum and Dummer' Album
“Baby Joker” video also gets released.
Back in September of 2018, Young Dolph released a studio album titled Role Model. The Memphis star’s latest full-length offering as a solo act, Role Model delivered 14 new tracks to his expansive fanbase, including collaborations with Snoop Dogg, Offset, Kash Doll and more. Now, Dolph is revealing plans for a new collaborative project alongside his close Paper Route Empire affiliate Key Glock. Known as Dum and Dummer, the aforementioned pairing’s forthcoming full-length is made up of 22 new records and is scheduled to see release this Friday, July 26. To introduce their new collaborative album, Young Dolph and Key Glock are unveiling a Next Friday-inspired music video for its official lead single, “Baby Joker.”
“Only n***as that got this shit in them, they can relate to this shit, what I got in me,” Dolph previously explained to Billboard, opening up about his approach to the business side of hip-hop. “When you talk hustle with me I break that shit not down to the pound, not down to the ounce, not down to the gram. I break that shit down to the tenth, bruh, the .1 not the, 1.0.”
“It’s like us being artists, being in a situation, being in a position that we in. We gotta realize that…People, my age, people older, people younger, it’s like they look up to me,” Dolph added. “They listen to my lyrics for wisdom. They listen to my lyrics for like game. They listen to my lyrics for real deal beneficial purposes.”
