Following the release of their latest album, No Geography, big beat innovators The Chemical Brothers have released a new music video for the album’s opening track, “Eve of Destruction.” On top of the newly released visual, the duo, consisting of Ed Simons and Tom Rowlands, has also announced a 20th-anniversary deluxe reissue for their seminal 1999 project, Surrender.

The music video for the relentlessly groovy single helps in transmitting the jacking house chorus, with Norwegian singer Aurora featured in a Speed Racer-esque outfit while belting out her vocals. The Japanese retrofuturistic influence of the video maintains itself alongside featured Tokyo-based rapper Nene, with weirdly off-kilter characters paired alongside animated effects.

The deluxe reissue for Surrender’s forthcoming 20th anniversary has also been announced, which will reportedly feature a variety of unreleased “Secret Psychedelic Mixes” the album’s various tracks, as well as a DVD containing promo video and film of the duo’s legendary Glastonbury 2000 performance. The first of the pre-ordered copies will receive an extremely limited pressing of “Electronic Battle Weapon 3 & 4” on specially-colored 10” vinyl. The overall package will include four 12” vinyls, three CDs, and one DVD.

Full package and pre-order details will be announced shortly. For now, you can catch the visual for “Eve of Destruction” above.
