Maison Margiela returns to the Paris Fashion Week runway pushing the boundaries of creative deconstructionism.  The avant-garde Fall/Winter 2018 collection spotlights exaggerated box cuts on blazers, outerwear and knitwear. We also see shredded techniques and heavy doses of vinyl fabric for a more technical touch. Most notable elements in the range include the bright red and yellow hues, patchworks and creative colorblocking. The remainder of the range offers pinstripes and a few monochrome tones seen on the patent jackets and suiting. Scroll through the presentation above and let us know your thoughts.

With Paris Fashion Week in full swing, see Junya Watanabe’s collaborative efforts while Balenciaga continues the notion of oversized in Pre-Fall 2018.
