Daniel Caesar is officially hitting the road. In support of his critically acclaimed new album Son of Spergy, the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter has announced a massive 30-date headline arena tour. Launching this spring, the Live Nation-promoted run will see Caesar take his celebrated, richly textured discography across major cities in Asia and North America, bringing his latest era of profound reflection and soulful intimacy to massive live audiences.

Kicking off on May 16 in Singapore, the expansive tour marks a major milestone for the Canadian artist. Following a highly anticipated Asian leg that includes stops in Seoul, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, the tour will transition to North America in July. The stateside run features major stops at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, Chicago’s United Center, and a special hometown performance at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. Fans attending select North American dates will also be treated to opening sets from acclaimed supporting acts Faye Webster and 070 Shake.

The tour announcement arrives during an incredibly successful season for Caesar. Released this past fall, Son of Spergy debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200 and secured the No. 1 spot on the Billboard R&B Album Chart, marking his highest-charting body of work to date. Mainly recorded in Jamaica, the deeply introspective album features collaborations with Bon Iver, Yebba, Blood Orange, and his own father, Norwill Simmonds, exploring central themes of maturity, self-acceptance, and familial reconciliation.

Tickets for the North American leg of the Son of Spergy tour are officially available to the general public starting today, Friday, April 3rd, at 10 AM local time. Presale and on-sale information for the upcoming Asia dates will be revealed soon.
