Paramount is officially moving forward with A Quiet Place Part 3, securing a massive ensemble cast for the franchise’s next chapter. According to Variety, writer and director John Krasinski took to social media to confirm the roster, sharing an image of scripts bearing the names of both returning veterans and heavyweight newcomers.
The core survival group from the 2020 sequel remains intact. Emily Blunt, Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe are all slated to reprise their roles as they navigate the post-apocalyptic landscape. Stepping into the silence is a fresh wave of talent, led by Jack O’Connell, who recently garnered acclaim for his role in Sinners. Joining him are Jason Clarke (A House of Dynamite) and Katy O’Brian (Love Lies Bleeding), further expanding the cast list.
While specific plot details for the third chapter remain under wraps, the film is expected to serve as the concluding act to the trilogy. Krasinski will direct from his own screenplay and produce the picture alongside Allyson Seeger, Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form. Filming is slated to begin this spring in New York.
