V.A. TOKYO has announced a collaborative collection with The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Located in New York, the museum is regarded as one of the world’s largest and most prestigious art institutions, housing a permanent collection of more than two million works spanning 5,000 years.
The capsule features a series of casual streetwear essentials, including hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and caps. Each piece incorporates the iconic logo of The Metropolitan Museum of Art on minimal silhouettes. Offered in a refined palette of black, white and grey, the collaboration emphasizes a simple yet sophisticated aesthetic. Notably, the apparel items are crafted using Champion’s proprietary Reverse Weave construction, ensuring premium durability and a shrink-resistant finish.
The V.A. TOKYO x The Metropolitan Museum of Art collection will be available starting January 16 at V.A. stores and online. To mark the launch, the brand has released a campaign video filmed on-site in front of the historic New York museum.
