The Acqua di Parma Colonia Il Profumo Millesimato marks a celebratory milestone for the brand’s 110th anniversary, offering a luminous reinterpretation of its iconic Colonia fragrance.
Created by perfumer Alexis Dadier, the limited‑edition scent is built around the exceptional 2024 harvest of Ylang‑Ylang White from Nosy Be, Madagascar. This rare ingredient, nurtured by a unique convergence of abundant rainfall and gentle warmth, reveals fruity and subtly spiced undertones that amplify the vibrancy of Colonia’s citrus heart. Italian bergamot, blood orange, petitgrain and grapefruit open the composition with radiant freshness, while rosemary, orange leaves absolute, patchouli and vetiver provide structure and depth
The fragrance is housed in a sophisticated glass bottle featuring an embossed architectural detail and a back label that highlights the artisanal craftsmanship of the composition. It’s presented in Acqua di Parma’s signature yellow hatbox, which for this anniversary is distinguished by a golden medal stamp commemorating both the 110-year milestone and the specific 2024 harvest.
This release is part of a broader “Art of Living” collection that includes multifunctional leather objects and modular candle holders, such as the Via Con Me Scent to Go and the Tazza Totem. The collection officially launches alongside a cinematic campaign titled “The Art of Living Italian,” starring Michael Fassbender and Sabrina Impacciatore.
The Colonia Il Profumo Millesimato is now available through Acqua di Parma’s webstore, retailing for £250 GBP (approx. $337 USD).
