Another day, another eyewear headline. Following up big news from Oakley and Gentle Monster in the past week, Warby Parker is the latest spectacle supplier to get in on the madness. The eyewear imprint has enlisted the likes of Mike Cherman‘s MARKET to create a custom set of frames that weaves in the streetwear label’s design ethos.
Dubbed the “Cherman,” the new glasses come in two colorways of jet black and checkerboard brown, paying homage to RZA’s love for the game.
To roll out the dual-minded drop, MARKET met up with the Wu-Tang rapper and chess aficionado in New York City for a proper game of chess and a side of conversation about the collaboration.
