Caitlin Clark is setting records on and off the court. Coming into her sophomore year in the WNBA, the Indiana Fever superstar has made history with the most expensive sale for a women’s sports card.

This past weekend, Goldin sold a one-of-one Caitlin Clark 2024 Panini Prizm WNBA Gold Vinyl autographed card for $366,000 USD. The record surpassed Serena Williams’ card which sold for $266,400 USD in 2022. This marks one of the rarest cards in women’s sports, with a grade 10 rating as well as a grade 10 autograph rating Authenticated from grader Professional Sports Authenticator. Proving to be immensely popular, the one-of-one edition graded PSA 10 with a perfect 10 autograph grade shattered Williams’ previous record.

In the same auction, a 2003 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Exquisite Rookie Patch Autograph card of LeBron James fetched close to $1.16 million USD. While Clark’s card did not reach the same heights as James’ there is no denying her star power. Setting records in her rookie year, she is a testament to the demand with her historic moment for women’s sports memorabilia. Take a look at the card below.
