New York City-based designer Max Esmail has made his New York Fashion Week debut with a captivating first New York Men’s Day showcase. Inspired by his studio, the emerging menswear designer presented an impressive Fall 2025 range aptly entitled “55 Bond St.” (yes, the address of Esmail’s Downtown NYW studio) fashioning a striking and sleek range of looks spanning leather-laden outerwear and Esmail’s own take on more sophisticated suiting silhouettes.

Esmail is no stranger to the fashion space, having worked in the field for over a decade now, though 55 Bond St. marks the first collection he’s designed under his name and moniker. An eye-catching encapsulation of his continuously evolving creative vision, Esmail’s Fall 2025 collection sees the designer begin to find his footing in the menswear space, carving out his own niche in the intersection of sexy and sophisticated, Nine Inch Nails fanatic and nine-to-five employee.

A concise compilation of outerwear, Esmail’s first Men’s Day range peaks with its leather pieces, with a lineup of clean leather jacketing silhouettes coming in a few different colorways. The first look introduces a heavyweight all-leather zip-up hoodie, embellished with subtle studding throughout, whereas look three reimagines the all-black leather jacket with an all-over textured snakeskin print. Elsewhere, a maroon-hued biker jacket comes elevated with striping down the sleeves, and one of its successor silhouettes dipped in a light grey wash. Esmail also offers his own reinvention on suiting sets, crafting a couple of monochromatic lapelled blazers and trousers.
