Burger King is inviting guests to embark on an under-the-sea culinary adventure with the launch of the all-new SpongeBob SquarePants Menu, a limited-time collection inspired by The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants.
The collection’s star is SpongeBob’s Krabby Whopper, featuring a quarter-pound beef patty on a naturally spiced yellow square bun, topped with classic Whopper fixings. For sides, the menu includes Mr. Krabs’ Cheesy Bacon Tots, which are crispy, coin-shaped potato bites filled with cheese and bacon, served in a miniature treasure chest carton.
To complete the meal, two festive, character-inspired desserts are offered: Patrick’s Star-berry Shortcake Pie is a layered dessert with strawberry, vanilla cream, and pink star sprinkles. Finally, the Pirate’s Frozen Pineapple Float is an icy, refreshing pineapple-flavored drink topped with tropical cold foam.
For young fans, the King Jr. Meal will come in a pineapple-shaped box, including a choice of six collectible SpongeBobtoys and a limited-edition crown.
The limited edition menu is available now at participating US restaurants. Meanwhile, The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants hits US theaters on December 19.
