PARCO in Collaboration with French Artist Jean Jullien for the “HAPPY HOLIDAYS” Campaign
Including a pop-up featuring Jean Jullien x Doraemon at Shibuya PARCO.
PARCO’s annual holiday campaign, “HAPPY HOLIDAYS,” is back for 2025. This year, the campaign tapped French artist Jean Jullien, whose bold, frog-themed visuals have already attracted attention since their rollout in October. In response to the growing buzz, PARCO has announced three more initiatives with the acclaimed artist.
The first initiative is a visual novelty gift, available at PARCO stores nationwide. From December 19 to December 21, customers who spend ¥10,000 ($65 USD) (tax included) or more will receive a blister pack containing seven items featuring exclusive campaign visuals: aluminum magnets, flake stickers, pin badges, masking tape, patch stickers, rubber magnets and mini cards. The novelty items are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.*
The second part of the rollout is a sweepstakes to win an original poster. Participants can follow PARCO’s official Instagram account or the official Instagram accounts of participating stores listed on the special website, and then like and comment on the relevant post published by PARCO on Tuesday, December 2 to try their chance at winning a limited-edition prize (shipment limited to Japan). Twenty winners will be selected by lottery to receive an original poster signed by Jean Jullien. Each signature is one-of-a-kind, and each poster is reminiscent of the campaign’s visuals. Following Jullien’s official Instagram account may even increase your chances of winning.
Lastly, the third tentpole of the partnership is a collaborative exhibition, titled “STRANGE INVENTIONS,” featuring Jean Jullien and the beloved anime and manga series Doraemon by Fujiko F. Fujio. Focused on the theme of “invention and imagination,” the exhibition transforms Shibuya PARCO into a whimsical “laboratory of inventions” — filled with Jullien’s humor and creativity. Visitors can view his new paintings, sketches of blueprints and playful invention drawings, along with limited-edition merch and apparel. The exhibition runs from December 4 to December 14 at the pop-up space DAIROKKAN, on the first floor of Shibuya PARCO.
From novelty gifts to SNS campaigns and the large-scale exhibition, this year’s “HAPPY HOLIDAYS” offers more exclusive experiences at PARCO than ever before. Whether you visit in person or participate virtually, this campaign is a perfect way to celebrate the 2025 holiday season in your own style. Visit the “HAPPY HOLIDAYS” special website for more information.
*Purchases from multiple stores during the period can be combined to meet the ¥10,000 threshold, making it an accessible way to participate
