The first film was viewed by 90 million households within its initial month, and the sequel remained at the top of Netflix’s Global Top 10 for seven consecutive weeks, racking up over 123 million views. This overwhelming success demonstrates the high demand for the universe Tygo is now joining.
The new film plunges into Korea’s criminal underworld, following Tygo (Don Lee), a former child soldier turned mercenary who seeks revenge after a critical operation goes awry. The narrative is based on an original graphic novel by Anthony and Joe Russo, adding a high-octane pedigree to the production.
