Timberland is reigniting its partnership with Japanese gaming titan SEGA for an ultra-exclusive collection centered on Shadow the Hedgehog, the formidable rival to Sonic. This second joint venture focuses on extreme scarcity, delivering a highly sought-after drop for the Holiday 2025 season.
The hero piece is the 6-inch Premium Waterproof Boot, a staple of rugged workwear. This edition is limited to an astonishing 30 pairs worldwide, instantly making it a rare collector’s item. The design celebrates the character with a world-first exclusive illustration of Shadow wearing the iconic boot, a powerful image that merges the animated world with Timberland’s enduring utility. The boots, arriving in a black suede upper with red laces, match Shadow’s character and will retail for approximately $255 USD.
Accompanying the footwear are equally scarce apparel items. Graphic co-branded tees long-sleeved and short-sleeved T-shirts, which incorporate the special Shadow design, are limited to just 50 units per color, priced around $75 to $95 USD. The collab also features a plush Shadow toy. The entire three-style collection will be sold exclusively within Japan at the Timberland Shibuya PARCO store and the Timberland Canal City Hakata store. The Timberland x SEGA Shadow the Hedgehog collaboration launches on November 21, 2025.
