Summary

  • The third episode of the Hypebeast-produced Waves series is out now, which features chef Jeremy Fall returning to make miso butter salmon and crispy rice, fully in the microwave.

As Jeremy Fall continues his initiative to bring microwave-friendly recipes to the masses, the celebrity chef and restaurateur just released the third episode of Waves. This week, Fall presents his miso butter salmon recipe paired with crispy rice.

The series debuted in September with a street food-inspired Birria Taco recipe, and last week he brought Steak Frites, a restaurant dinner favorite, to the microwave. Leaning into Eastern flavors this time, the latest recipe is centered on umami-rich miso paste, bolstered by Asian pantry staples like sesame oil, rice vinega,r and jasmine rice.

“Waves” is the chef’s “microwave-only cooking show,” showing exclusively on Instagram. Executive produced by Hypebeast, Fall’s series delivers chef-backed hacks and beginner-friendly recipes for all. See the full ingredient list below and watch the full reel for detailed instructions. Stay tuned to @microwave and @hypebeast on Instagram for future episodes.
