Intuition by Aramis Brings a New Energizing Scent to the Streets of New York City
Saeed Ferguson introduces citygoers to the new energizing fragrance for men and gets their unbiased reviews.
Aramis, Estée Lauder’s first men’s fragrance offering, was introduced in 1963. It was an iconic representation of masculinity and sophistication through a prestigious men’s scent. Today, Aramis is being redefined for a new generation through the launch of Intuition — the newest fragrance in the heritage line. This relaunch was introduced alongside basketball Hall of Famer, fashion icon and philanthropist Dwyane Wade as its global ambassador, bringing his legendary presence and style to the fragrance’s debut.
Spotlighting Intuition’s newfound influence, we tapped founder and creative Saeed Ferguson to host the newest edition of Street Scents. Ferguson took to the streets of New York City with Intuition samples in hand to ask strangers about what notes they recognized, how they would style it and how they would integrate the scent into their daily routines.
Some of the participants were able to pick up base notes of citrus, leather and lavender, while others humorously noted that it smelled like “opulence.” When asked where they’d wear the fragrance, many noted that it would be the ideal pairing for a night out or a date, though it’s also versatile enough to wear every day.
Some recalled scent memories, even reflecting on older family members wearing the fragrance — now, it’s reinvented for a new generation. Additionally, Intuition by Aramis features a luxurious, ombre dark blue glass bottle with a tortoise-shell inspired cap. This modern design reinterprets the classic Aramis cologne for today’s modern man.
