Upper Rank Demon Kaigaku Joins ‘Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles 2’ Game in New Infinity Castle DLC

The latest DLC for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 introduces Kaigaku, the new Upper Rank Six demon featured in the recent Infinity Castle movie.
Available now as a standalone character pack for just under $5 USD, or as part of the Infinity Castle Character Pass priced at around $30 USD, Kaigaku joins the Versus Mode roster with a full suite of additions, including a profile photo, voice lines, themed decorations and mastery rewards. To mark the release, a free update (version 1.20) adds the new “Infinity Castle” stage, offering players a fresh battleground inspired by the anime’s dramatic setting.
This update continues the momentum following the game’s sequel release earlier in 2025, expanding its immersive experience for fans of the franchise. More content is on the horizon, with Zenitsu Agatsuma (Infinity Castle) slated to join the Character Pass lineup in December 2025, promising further excitement for players eager to explore the evolving world of The Hinokami Chronicles. The full roster of the Infinity Castle characters DLC also includes Tanjiro Kamado, Giyu Tomioka, Shinobu Kocho, Doma and Akaza, all will roll out individually throughout 2026.
In addition to the character content, the game now features an Anime Song Pack (approx. $15 USD), allowing players to customize battle music in Versus Mode with iconic tracks from the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime, including TV versions of its opening and ending themes. The DLC is now available for users with the existing game on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam.
