Daily Paper, New Era, and Parisian typographer Tyrsa come together for a fresh reinterpretation of the Paname cap across three core colorways – “Green”, “Red”, and “Blue” – a nod to Parisian legacy through the lens of culture, craft, and creative connection.
The new design pulls from Daily Paper’s creative community in the region, fused with New Era’s renowned craftsmanship and Tyrsa’s hyper-local visual identity.
Daily Paper’s love affair with Paris runs deep. Over a decade ago, the brand’s Île-de-France Cap first dropped at the legendary concept store Colette, marking the Paname Cap as a lasting symbol of its connection to the French capital.
Now, the story evolves. With this new release, Tyrsa brings his signature touch – drawing inspiration from the architectural details of Gare du Nord and the eight-petal flower that represents the eight departments of Île-de-France. His typography work lives at the intersection of art and culture, and his past collaborations with names like Nike, Louis Vuitton, and PSG speak volumes. For this drop, Tyrsa’s personal narrative adds a new layer in the details of the design and in the campaign, elevating the collaboration while staying true to both Daily Paper and New Era’s shared commitment to celebrating community.
Punctuating the project, New Era’s pristine craftsmanship sharpens the design, backed by decades of leading headwear culture across creative industries.
The Paname Cap Collection is available now on Daily Paper’s website.
