When the Nike Air Max Plus, better known locally as the Tn, first hit shelves in 1998, it was instantly earmarked as a future classic. Blurring the lines between performance and streetwear, the silhouette built a cult following around the world that’s still thriving, and growing, more than 25 years later. Now, two names synonymous with that legacy, Foot Locker and Geedup, are linking up to bring back one of the most sought-after colourways from the Tn vault: the Turbo Green.

First released in 2014 as a Foot Locker exclusive, the Tn Turbo Green became a fixture of Australian sneaker culture. This month, Foot Locker is re-releasing the classic with Geedup, whose founders once wore the striped Foot Locker uniform before building one of the country’s most recognisable streetwear brands. It’s a full-circle moment for Geedup, connecting their community with the place that first inspired them.

For fans, the re-release highlights the deep ties between Foot Locker and the legendary Tn, built through decades of exclusive drops like the Turbo Green, co-designed by Foot Locker’s in-house designers.

The drop goes beyond the sneakers themselves. Geedup is unveiling a curated hoodie capsule inspired by the Turbo Green colourway, while Foot Locker is offering limited-edition Geedup Tn shoe jewellery as an exclusive gift with purchase, available while stocks last.

There are two ways to get your hands on a pair before the official launch. The first is through the Foot Locker x Geedup pre-release launch party at Pitt Street Mall at 6pm on Thursday, October 21st, where the exclusive Tn Turbo Green will be available to the public ahead of the national release, as well as gifts with purchase and other prizes. The second is by signing up to the Geedup webstore to receive your early-access shopping link at 6.30pm on Monday 20th October.

The Tn Turbo Green officially lands on Wednesday, October 22 online and at select Australian Foot Locker stores, and from October 15 across New Zealand. Stay locked to @footlocker_au and @footlocker_nz for release updates and your best chance to secure the Geedup-designed gift with purchase.
