Ye and Ty Dolla $ign Drop 'VULTURES 2' Single "SLIDE"
The album was a no-show on its scheduled August 2 release date.
After announcing then failing to release VULTURES 2 on Friday, Ye and Ty Dolla $ign are seemingly making up for the loss with the official release of the single “SLIDE.”
A favorite amongst fans, the cut clocks in at approximately three minutes and 20 seconds and features production from Wheezy, Fred again.., Apollo Parker, ryderoncrack, London on da Track and AyoAA. “SLIDE” hears the duo open up about their intimate relationships and ends with a surprise guest feature from James Blake, who hops on the outro with Ty.
VULTURES 2 was originally scheduled to drop in March but was delayed indefinitely until this week, when an update on the YEEZY website revealed an August 2 release date. That announcement was scrapped shortly after, however.
