After two Kiko Kostadinov x ASICS UB6-S GT-2160 models were confirmed for release this fall, more collaborative sneaker variants between the two brands have been revealed. Dropping at the end of this month is the UB7-S GT-2160 in striking color combos: “Dark Neptune/Pure Silver” and “Lava Orange/Jasper Green.” Both color options derive their inspiration from Japanese Mino ceramics, which is known for its rust-like qualities and distinct color degradation.
“Dark Neptune/Pure Silver” arrives in a black base dressed in all-over bright yellow mesh. Adorning the shoe in the form of leathery overlays and detail accents, the deep Neptunian hue creates a mystical color layer that intensifies the shoe’s allure. An elevating touch of metallic completes the shoe as ASICS’ hallmarked stripes.
Emanating a bright and bold mood, the “Lava Orange/Jasper Green” variant sports a white upper base that’s interlaced with ice-blue mesh in a grid-like pattern.
