Design Within Reach Partners with Beni for Exclusive Moroccan Rug Collection

Design Within Reach (DWR) debuts an exclusive collection of Moroccan rugs in collaboration with Beni, marking the global rug brand’s first retail partnership. The collection showcases four designs in Beni’s new Low Pile style: Brick, Borderline, Backgammon and Fences.
Beni, founded in Marrakesh in 2018, has revolutionized Moroccan rug-making through its vertically integrated workshop, ensuring fair compensation for weavers. Blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics, these rugs embrace “perfect imperfection.”
These handcrafted rugs are made from the wool of living sheep on Atlas Mountain, each piece is unique and features geometric patterns as well as modern colors that play with scale and proportion. The designs incorporate different shades of beige as a base, complemented by two to three additional colors such as maroon, olive green, coral and black. Clean, simple patterns with repeated motifs of lines and shapes add visual interest without overwhelming the space.
Launching on July 25, as part of DWR’s fall collection, the rugs will be available online via the brand’s retail studio and official website. A total of five sizes are offered with prices ranging from $1,295 to $7,995 USD.
