Take a Look Inside The Emory, London’s First All-Suite Hotel
Spanning 61 suites helmed by four renowned interior designers.

The Emory has opened its doors as the first hotel in London composed entirely of suites. Owned and operated by Maybourne – the same group behind the 5-star hotel Claridge’s, among other hotspots – the property marks architectural firm RHSP’s fourth hotel in the city.
The late Richard Rogers, who passed away in 2021 and was known for his modernist aesthetic, helmed the design and build of The Emory alongside Ivan Harbour.
Located in Belgravia, The Emory spans 61 suites spread out over nine floors. All the suites are light-filled with Rogers’ floor-to-ceiling windows and in a particularly unique approach, Maybourne enlisted a group of designers to outfit the interior of the suites. Alexandra Champalimaud, Andre Fu, Pierre-Yves Rochon and Patricia Urquiola all brought their vision to life across two floors, from bespoke furniture to thoughtfully curated original art.
French interior designer Rémi Tessier was enlisted to design The Emory’s restaurant, kitchens and bar. The restaurant favors warm tones through wood and shades of orange and contains a series of paintings by Damien Hirst entitled “‘The Secret Gardens Paintings.” The bar, meanwhile, features glass doors that open up to a courtyard, along with a stained glass art installation. The hotel’s rooftop contains an additional bar and cigar bar, open exclusively to guests of The Emory.
