Charli XCX Is Doing Boiler Room Again
This time, she’s headed to Ibiza with Shygirl’s Club Shy, Call Super, Romy and more special guests.
Charli XCX will make a much-anticipated return to the Boiler Room stage this summer.
On Friday, July 12, the pop polymath will bring her PARTYGIRL showcase to Ibiza’s historic Amnesia nightclub. From 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., the BRAT singer will lead the show alongside a slew of special guests, including Call Super, Kelly Lee Owens, Ladies of Leisure, KETTAMA, Romy, Shygirl’s Club Shy, Taylah Elaine and more.
Charli famously took to Boiler Room’s DJ booth for the first time in Brooklyn earlier this year, when she smashed the party collective’s RSVP records, earning 25,000 sign-ups for just 1,000 invitations. The event opened with sets from New York DJ Doss and Toronto-hailing songwriter Easyfun, before Charli made her entrance. Her set also included guest appearances from the likes of Addison Rae, A.G. Cook and Julia Fox.
Fresh off the release of BRAT — her 15-track sixth studio album featuring songs like “Everything is so romantic,” “Von dutch,” “365” and more — Charli is in the midst of a mini tour to support the record. Following opening sets in Barcelona and London, the singer is set to perform a mix of live shows and PARTYGIRL DJ sets in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Mexico City and São Paulo through the end of this month.
