Russ Reveals His First-Ever Clothing Line at KidSuper's Brooklyn Store
Inspired by his latest album, ‘SANTIAGO,’ the collection includes 13 statement-making looks named after each track — and no, it’s not merch.

Over the weekend, Atlanta rapper Russ touched down at his old pal Colm Dillane’s KidSuper store in Williamsburg to reveal his first-ever clothing line, titled “SANTIAGO” after his most recent album.
Galvanized by the record’s personal narratives and immersive world, which Russ brought to life through multiple pop-ups across the country last year, the fashion collection features 13 looks named after each song on the album. At KidSuper HQ, Russ set up a tent-like space where his fresh fashions hung from dangling clotheslines above a pile of sand, riffing on the album’s desert themes. On Instagram, alongside the line’s gaming-inspired launch video, Russ made one thing clear: “This is not merch.”
“A lot of these items cost me over $200 just to make so as nice as it would be to charge $10 for everything, it just wouldn’t make sense,” Russ added. “I’m very excited that this is finally a real thing. The attention to detail is something I’m super proud of.”
Among the standouts, look one, “See You Soon,” features a silky purple top-and-pants set, while the second ensemble, “Smooth,” goes all pink with sporty sweaters and shorts reading “SANTIAGO.” Look five, “Empty,” includes an artful zip-up jacket and matching trousers. The eighth fit, “Adventure,” houses hoodies boasting “Santiago Adventure Club” signage and statement-making shorts. Look ten, “Fatima,” covers shirts, pants and bags in an all-over map of its namesake location, while the final look, “The Wind,” sees camel and floral embroidery command a fitted jacket.
Russ put out SANTIAGO last summer, claiming the No. 12 spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart upon release. Notably, the album was accompanied by a short film, which debuted over a two-night special event in over 80 theaters across the US and the UK.
Keeping the album’s spirits high, Russ’ first fashion collection is now available to shop on the artist’s webstore. Check out some shots from the launch event, as well as images of the collection, above.
