Kawhi Leonard and New Balance are celebrating Grey Days with a new iteration of the basketball player’s Kawhi 4 signature shoe. In correspondence with the event, the celebration takes on a mostly grey landscape.

In celebration of the theme, the “Grey Days” colorway is inspired by the natural stone weathering. While taking on a mostly dual grey canvas toned upper, the shoe’s midsole has an aged or distressed midsole that sees cracked leather detailing throughout the midfoot and eyestays. As a part of the Grey Days collection, the shoe stays true to the idea of celebrating naturally aged materials. On the heel counters of both shoes, Kawhi’s name is stitched in while the shoe sits atop a lightweight cushioning constructed out of the brand’s dual-density FuelCell midsole featuring an exposed carbon fiber plate for both comfort and performance.

The New Balance Kawhi 4 “Grey Days” releases on May 25 at select retailers and online at New Balance for $165 USD.
