Standout pieces include a silky purple top-and-pants set, sporty pink sweaters and shorts, an artful zip-up jacket and camel and floral embroidered jackets. Russ emphasized the collection is not merch, highlighting the significant production costs and his pride in the detailed craftsmanship; the line is now available on his webstore.

Levi’s “Stitch-for-Stitch” Denim Reproduction Drop

Levi’s has created a “stitch-for-stitch” reproduction of the oldest pair of jeans in its archives, the 9Rivet blue jeans, with a limited run of just 800 pairs. These jeans, dating back to before Levi’s 1875 patent, were found at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History and identified as the first-ever pair of blue jeans. The 9Rivet jeans feature unique details such as nine rivets, single-stitch construction, one back pocket, exposed rivets, a watch pocket sewn into the waistband and sewn-on buttons. Starting May 20, the 9Rivet jeans will be available exclusively at the Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour City store in Hong Kong for $3,999 HKD ($513 USD).
