Filipino singer-songwriter Beabadoobee has announced her third studio album, This Is How Tomorrow Moves. The new record features production by Rick Rubin and will be led by her latest single, “Take A Bite,” which arrived on Friday with an all-new music video.

“It’s me feeling introspective about unhealthy way of living,”  Beabadoobee said of the album in a press release. “It’s finding comfort in a familiar place – finding comfort in chaos, because that’s what I know. So, I bring it into every aspect of my life, especially with relationships.”

She added, “It’s just tapping into this part of my brain where I just jump straight to the most negative, most chaotic thought ever known to man and make that into my reality.”

Citing themes of self-acceptance and personal growth, Beabadoobee’s forthcoming record will come as a love letter to her former self. The full-length effort will arrive as her third studio album, following 2022’s Beatopia, which featured songs like “The Perfect Pair” and “Tinkerbell Is Overrated” with PinkPantheress, and 2020’s Fake It Flowers, which included tracks like “Back To Mars” and “Charlie Brown.”

“I love this album,” she continued on what’s next. “I feel like it’s helped me so much more than anything else has in navigating this new era, this new understanding of where I’m at. I guess it’s about becoming a woman.”
