Hypebeast Live Took Over Singapore With a Curated Music Experience
The night saw performances from Autograf, Haven and more.
Hypebeast Live took over Singapore for its first-ever event. Hosted at TRIFECTA SINGAPORE and Somerset Skate Park, the event was a full evening of curated music performances, creative presentation and brand activations. It brought together audiences to be fully immersed in the physical and audible narratives of Hypebeast.
Transforming Somerset Skate Park into a music platform, Hypebeast Live featured performances from Autograf, Haven, KIARA (Ashley Kiara), Nicolette, HBN, Sivanesh, TropicLab, and DONN. To give fans around the world a virtual front row to the show, the music performances were livestreamed on the official Hypebeast Youtube channel.
Beyond music performances, the event was elevated by a series of experiential activations at TRIFECTA SINGAPORE. Urban artist and illustrator, Clogtwo, performed a live art presentation entitled “Canvas”. Diageo, driven to be the world’s best brand builder leading the way in premium drinks, continued its long term partnership with Hypebeast by being the lead sponsor for spirits and beer at Hypebeast Live. A diverse portfolio of whisky, gin and tequila, including Johnnie Walker, Don Julio and Tanqueray were provided for guests to enjoy for the night. Guinness offered a 6-meter-long bar, and guests also had the opportunity to customize their pint with the Guinness STOUTie. Attendees had a preview of the latest ASICS SportStyle sneaker collection, and a chance to win these pieces from the Hypebeast Live claw machine, which featured additional prizes from Rip Curl and more. Guests were treated to Häagen-Dazs’ duo-flavour limited edition stick bars and its lineup of new summer drink creations, and left the event with an exclusive gift sponsored by Crumpler.
Capping off the night, an afterparty was held HighHouse, where Autograf delivered another DJ set performance. Hypebeast Live in Singapore was made possible by the support from *SCAPE, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing youth talents, and the Somerset precinct, a vibrant space for youth to connect with one another, create new experiences and celebrate collective interests and aspirations.
