The Complete Off-White™ x Nike "The Ten" Set Is Going up for Auction
Alongside other grails like Nike’s “Moon Shoe” from 1972, Nike MAGs and a myriad of F&F-exclusives.
RM Sotheby’s, while known for being a leader in the collector car auction space, often features other exciting memorabilia in its curated collections. Later this year, its “Dare to Dream Collection” sees rare automobiles like the 1996 Ferrari F50 and 2015 McLaren P1 joined by sought-after sneakers and sports-themed rarities.
Looking closer at the sneaker side of things, a complete deadstock set of Virgil Abloh’s legendary Off-White™ x Nike “The Ten” has been prepared. Many of the pairs have yellowed due to age, a common outcome for the colorways. However, that’s not all — the original 1972 Nike Waffle Racing “Moon Shoe” is going up for sale as well. Other highlights from the expansive range include a new pair of the Nike SB Dunk Low “Paris,” the 2011 and 2016 versions of the Nike MAG and three F&F-exclusive Travis Scott x Air Jordan 4s.
The entirety of RM Sotheby’s “Dare to Dream Collection” is set to be previewed on May 31 in Toronto, Canada ahead of the Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada in Montreal, with the auction taking place on both May 31 and June 1. Key price estimates include between $15,000 USD to $25,000 USD for the complete Off-White™ x Nike “The Ten” set and $200,000 USD to $300,000 USD for the 1972 Nike Waffle Shoe — both of which are to be offered without reserve. Check out the collection’s official page for more details, including a complete breakdown of all 299 lots.
