'Dune: Part Three' Confirmed To Be in the Works at Legendary Entertainment
Helmed by Denis Villeneuve, once again.

Dune: Part Three has officially been confirmed to be in the works at Legendary Entertaiment. The film is set to be helmed by Denis Villeneuve once again. The announcement comes shortly after Part Two has released, becoming the highest-grossing movie of 2024 making over $630 million USD at the global box office so far.
Deadline reported that following the adaptation of Dune: Messiah, Villeneuve will be working on a new film titled Nuclear War: A Scenario. Villeneuve teased that he is already working on a new script for this and it was always a goal to adapt the second novel to the Frank Herbert sci-fi series. During the opening weekend of Part Two, Villeneuve hinted to fans that the third film will be better than the second, setting the bar incredibly high. It is uncertain who will return to the cast as very little detail remains available. Stay tuned for more information on if fans will see the likes of Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya returning.
