EM DISTRICT Bangkok's Premier Luxury Shopping Destination Puts on Substantial SS24 Show

EM DISTRICT, Bangkok’s premier luxury shopping destination which encompasses the shopping complexes EMPORIUM, EMQUARTIER, and, EMSPHERE, in collaboration with UOB Thailand, recently presented WORLD’S FASHION DISTRICT: EQUINOX SUMMER 2024 — the largest Spring Summer 2024 event in Thailand.
The world-class fashion experience featured over 76 looks, with items sourced from over 200 leading global brands, all of which are housed inside of EM DISTRICT’s various shopping destinations.
Inspired by the EQUINOX concept symbolizing equal duration of day and night, the show marks the fashion calendar’s new season. This concept was further accentuated by two underlying themes: “THE GOLD OF THE LIGHT” and “THE GLORY OF THE NIGHT,” which embodied the daytime and nighttime aspects of EQUINOX SUMMER respectively, reflecting EM DISTRICT’s essence as a space catering to day-to-night activities, embracing everything from morning runs to Sukhumvit nightlife.
As for the show’s curation, diversity was a key element, from the summer color trends to the gender and cultural diversity of the models who wore the looks.
The event was attended by esteemed personalities like Supaluck Umpujh, Chairwoman Of The Mall Group And EM DISTRICT, EM DISTRICT executives, and Top Thai superstars and celebrities, like Anne Thongprasom in Louis Vuitton, Jirayu Tangsrisuk in Dior, Kasidet Plookphol in Balenciaga, Ploenpitchaya Komlarachun in Prada, Ranee Campen in Fendi, Chayanit Chansangavej in Burberry, Tipnaree Weerawatnodom in Pucci, Wichapas Sumettikul in Tod’s, Worakamol Satoe in Valentino, Pitchsinee Weerasutthimas in OFF-WHITE, Wanarat Ratsameerat in Loewe, Prariyapit Yu in CLUB21, and Jackrin Kungwankiatichai in Saint Laurent — all of which showcased their own fashionable looks from the Spring-Summer 2024 Collections.
The event, in collaboration with UOB Thailand, also featured partnerships with Budweiser Club for the After Party and MAC Cosmetics for backstage moments.
Notably, Onthira Bhaksuwan, the Senior Managing Director of EM DISTRICT shared that the event further solidifies EM DISTRICT as a top-tier fashion destination and a world-class fashion lifestyle hub.
