Zach Galifianakis Has Been Cast in 'Only Murders in the Building' Season 4
Alongside new cast member Kumail Nanjiani.
Zach Galifianakis has officially been cast in the fourth season of Hulu and Disney+‘s Only Murders in the Building . The news comes after the show confirmed the casting of Kumail Nanjiani to the mystery-comedy series.
So far, it is unknown what role Galifianakis will play but a source close to the project confirmed to Variety that his character is a crucial and “integral to the twist and turns of this season’s investigation.” Galifianakis is the latest to join a new set of faces for season four that include Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria and Molly Shannon. Meryl Streep will continue to reprise her role from season three. The plot is kept under wraps aside from the fact that the main trio will be making a stop in Los Angeles before returning home to New York.
In the past, Galifianakis has been known for his major role as Alan in The Hangover. He earned an Emmy Nomination for Baskets and has a comedy talk show, Between Two Ferns. Stay tuned for more information.
