OPEN is a newly launched beverage brand with a creative core. Founded by skateboarding legends Don “Nuge” Nguyen, Tino Razo, Ako and Atiba Jefferson, the team of multidisciplinary LA-based creatives united their shared experiences to create a brand that channels their desires to invigorate the beer industry with diversity.

OPEN BEER – the brand’s first offering – embodies its founding philosophy by empowering its network of local creatives through its inaugural artist series. Available in three different designs, the first edition enlists Joe Roberts, Katsu Sawada and Meryl Smith to don their signature artwork onto the cans of OPEN BEER. The designs will be renewed bi-annually, where the brand will partner up with a different set of artists to continue empowering their local creative communities.

Crafted in collaboration with the New Belgium Brewing Company, the canned beer is touted as a crisp lager that is highly drinkable and light-bodied. OPEN BEER is now stocked in select bars in LA.
