Pivoting from the start of 2024 to Chinese New Year, the celebration of the Year of the Dragon is just around the corner and Jordan Brand is again planning to partake in the festivities. Last year, it looked to the Year of the Rabbit to inform the design of nine shoes while complementing it with themed apparel as well. This time around, five “Year of the Dragon” sneakers have already been revealed with this Jordan Legacy 312 joining in as the sixth entry.

After starring in last year’s campaign, the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 3 and Air Alpha Force-inspired silhouette makes its return. Per usual, a leather base kicks things off with suede paneling adding texture that combines with the midfoot’s tonal elephant print. Its color arrangement stays true to the theme with an off-white covering a majority of the pair, green adorning the Swooshes, red accenting the tongue tag and gold chiming in at the various branding elements.

We’ve yet to receive official word from Jordan Brand regarding both the release date of its forthcoming “Year of the Dragon” collection and the launch procedure. However, you can expect this Jordan Legacy 312 colorway to touch down on shelves via Nike SNKRS and select retailers in the coming weeks as Chinese New Year begins on February 10 this year.
