Recently fired from his role as Kang The Conqueror in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Jonathan Majors continues to face the fallout following his assault verdict. According to reports, the actor has also been fired from his role as Dennis Rodman in the upcoming film 48 Hours in Vegas. Back in December 2023, Majors was found guilty of the harassment and reckless assault of his ex-girlfriend.

The reports note that another actor will replace Jonathan Majors in the film and Lionsgate has officially pulled out from the production. The film based on a screenplay written by Jordan VanDina is now being handled by producers Phil Lord, Chris Miller, and Aditya Sood.

48 Hours in Vegas is set to chronicle the five-time NBA Champion Dennis Rodman’s impromptu trip to Las Vegas during the 1998 NBA Finals between the Chicago Bulls and Utah Jazz.
