As Isaiah Rashad continues to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of his debut album Cilvia Demo on the project’s anniversary tour, he brought out a very special guest for a very special track at last night’s Los Angeles show at The Wintern. Rashad brought out Cilvia Demo collaborator SZA to reunite for fan-favorite Cilvia Demo track “Heavenly Father.”

“This was a very special time in our lives. We still lived together. We shared the same bedroom. We argued over toilet paper,” she laughs as the crowd goes crazy. “I love him. This is my brother. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for him. Make some noise for Isaiah Rashad…”

SZA contributed to the 2014 album’s opening track “West Savannah” as well as “Ronnie Drake.”

Rashad is set to perform two more celebratory Cilvia shows in California; he’ll first hit Sacramento on Thursday, February 1 before closing out the tour in San Francisco on Friday, February 2.
